Introduction

Hi, my name is Mark O'Grady, I am from Clongeen in County wexford. I am a 22-year-old Creative Computing student at South East Technological University Waterford (SETU). I have a strong interest in web development, UX design, and creative problem-solving, and I'm always looking for new ways to blend technology and creativity.

Education

I graduated from Ramsgrange Community School in 2020 and achieved the points for my first choice course, Bachelor of Science (Marine Science) in the at the time National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG).

In 2022 I decided to take a gap year to rediscover my interests. That experience led me to discover my passion for technology and digital design.

So in September 2023 I enrolled to South East Technological University Waterford (SETU) to study Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Creative Computing which has been the best decision in my life.

Career Aspirations

Once I graduate in 2027 I am excited to get out into the field. I aspire to work in web-development, UX design or software development.

My goal is to work on projects that I am passionate about and help make the experience as smooth as possible.

In the future I hope to be a part of an innovative team and collaborate with its members to complete projects, also i hope to do some freelance work for the members of my local community in the future.
